Mr. Daniel Etokhana – Managing Partner

A graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, he is responsible for developing investment strategies, managing proprietary portfolios and executing.

His years of experience cut across Treasury & Investment management, Human Resource Management and Management Consulting & Business Advisory. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), with a distinction in ACI dealing and price winner in Corporate Finance in the CIS exam certification. He is highly proficient in trading equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Derivative products.

He has also headed several trading desks in the treasury department of some financial institutions in Nigeria.

Mrs. Nkem Okolotu – Partner

Nkem Okolotu holds an LLB degree from the University of Benin, Edo State Nigeria. She also holds an LLM from he University of Houston, Texas, USA. She is a Barrister of Law to the Supreme Court of Nigeria and also to the New York Bar Council.

A certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner with several years of experience in Litigation, Business Advisory, Banking and Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring.  She brings her wealth of experience to bear at CrossEdge as the General Counsel and Company Secretary.

She is responsible for drafting and reviewing of all contractual agreements between CrossEdge and its clients. She is also responsible for providing advisory services on all legal matters. She is well known by her contemporaries for her passion for law and justice. She currently sits on the board five companies.

Mrs. Lorentha Salihu – Partner

A media practitioner turned business woman.  She holds a degree in Mass Communication from Nigeria’s premier tertiary institution.

Lorentha has over 17years experience in media and PR management before venturing into business with investments in Real Estate, Capital Markets and Agro Allied Ventures. She is regarded as one of Africa’s leading serial entrepreneur.

She has birthed and managed over 25 new businesses in various business sectors both in Nigeria and other African countries. She is well vast in cross-border businesses especially across the African continent.
